Karen Pellicone
Chief Operations Officer

As JCPR’s Chief Operations Officer, Karen is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company’s corporate business plans. Karen also oversees all financial and business planning activities, risk management and legal activities, organizational budgeting processes and human resources for JCPR.

Prior to joining JCPR, Karen was buyer at housewares retailer Lechters, where she oversaw a $65 million budget and was responsible for purchasing merchandise for 650 stores, developing and achieving sales and marketing plans, maintaining inventory levels and gross margin dollars.
